BTS Competition Etiquette and Guidelines with General Schedule
BTS DETAILED WEEKEND SCHEDULE -PARENTS & STUDENTS USE THIS SCHEDULE
Hello EOD Competition Families,
Attached above are the Beyond the Stars competition schedules and important guidelines for the weekend. Please read everything thoroughly beforehand and share this information with your daughter and any other family members attending, as they must abide by these competition guidelines.
*New this year - attached is a General competition schedule for those watching from home. Not as detailed as the full BTS schedule the parents/students/teachers must follow.
**Mandatory Parent Meeting for the “New” competition parents - Monday, February 16, 5:35-5:55 pm, in the studio lobby. Miss Tanya will share important details and answer any questions about the schedule and guidelines. This meeting is also open to all other competition parents who would like a competition weekend review too!
Important note about rehearsal times:
• The teachers have many back-to-back rehearsal times. You will see that some rehearsals are scheduled earlier than usual due to the dancers having multiple dances to rehearse or award ceremonies to attend.
• Once the teachers are done rehearsing with your child, you are responsible for staying with them in the dressing room so they are ready when the teachers take them backstage. No child should be left alone in the dressing room for an extended time or allowed to roam around the facility alone.
PLEASE NOTE ADDITIONAL REMINDERS:
• Students should continue wearing their black leotard, black shorts, tan tights, and proper shoes for all their team classes.
• Students must attend ALL of their classes the week of the competition; this includes their ballet and technique classes.
• We are open on Monday, February 16th (President's Day)!
We are looking forward to our first competition of the season with Beyond the Stars!

Hello Parents & Students,
Here is the Ignite Competition Schedule. Please read the attached information and guidelines for Ignite. With it being a two-day competition, we want to make sure everyone is prepared and packs healthy snacks and food to help fuel the students in order for them to give their best performances throughout the day. The ones who have it the hardest are your teachers, but we are READY! All we need is for everyone to arrive extra early and have everything they need.
*Please note the parking information shared has an app that must be downloaded if you are not staying over and walking from your hotel.
Hard copies of the schedule will be handed out to the students tonight and tomorrow. If you are not in class until we will make sure your daughter receives a copy.
