CLASS REQUIREMENTS
STUDENTS SHOULD:

Arrive 5 minutes before class time and wait in lobby until class gets called

TUITION POLICIES
REGISTRATION FEE
There is an annual non-refundable registration fee of $30 per family for our September – May season. This fee is waived if the student attended our summer session prior.
MONTHLY TUITION
30 min class – $56 per month
45 min class – $62 per month
1 hour class – $70 per month
Tuition is charged to your credit card on file the first of each month. Please make sure to have a valid card on file to avoid a declined credit card charge.
DISCOUNTS
There is a $5 discount off monthly tuition for enrolling in 2 or more classes or siblings enrollment.
DROP-IN/TRIAL CLASS
$20 per class. Please register online for a drop-in class or contact the office if you are interested in a trial class. The trial class fee is applied to your tuition upon full registration.
TUITION POLICY
You will be enrolled in automatic payments for tuition and costumes. Tuition is charged to your credit card on file the 1st of each month. Tuition remains the same regardless if there are 3, 4, or 5 classes in a month. A $65 costume deposit is charged in mid-November and any remaining balance on costumes will be charged in February.

A $5 declined credit card processing fee will be charged if your card is declined. Please make sure to have a valid card on file to avoid a declined credit card charge.

A $10 late fee will be applied to your account if your tuition payment is not received within 7 days of due date.
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event your child withdraws from class(es) at Expression of Dance after the month’s tuition was paid, there is a $15 cancellation fee if a refund is processed back to your credit card. There is no cancellation fee if a credit is put back on to your account, or you cancel your class before the 1st of the month.
ABSENCE POLICY
Please call or email the studio to let us know if your child will be absent. There is no credit for missed classed. Make-ups classes can be arranged within one month of the absence in a class of similar age/style. Please contact the office to schedule a make-up class.
